Dan is an Executive Coach, I/O Psychologist, and Change Manager, who has spent the last 15 years helping companies develop leaders, maximize team performance, and lead complex change. He holds a PhD in I/O Psychology and an MBA in Finance, and certifications include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ITILv3 Expert, Balanced Scorecard, and Project Management Professional (PMP). His Pyschometric expertise includes EQ-I 2.0 & EQ 360, Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), Hogan Development Survey (HDS), Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), Hogan 360, Pearman Personality Integrator, and the NeuroPQ Cognitive Skills Inventory.
Dan has tackled a few unique challenges using emotional intelligence. He authored a best-selling book on the subject of organizational behavior, developed new processes for the IRS that generated over $2.5 trillion in revenue with over 140 million users, used emotional intelligence to manage large-scale change and union negotiation at the IRS, developed and deployed the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Program at Cisco Career Advising, created the global team development program for Cisco Systems that operates in 17 countries, and is a graduate level professor for a top 25 MBA program, as rated by Princeton Review. He is highly sought after to deliver keynote speeches and workshops on the relationship emotional intelligence and change management.
Prior to founding the consulting firm, Dan was a management consultant and program controller for Federal Government, Big 4 consulting firms, and Fortune 1000 companies.
Dan is an avid snowboarder, former professional hockey player, former world video game champion, and a novice bag pipe student. He resides outside of Washington DC with his wife, twin boys, and Bull Mastiffs.
